SV777 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "SV777" / "Platform" — The online gaming and sports betting platform operated at sv777.world, including all associated games, payment systems, and support services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — Any individual who registers an account at SV777 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration at SV777.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited directly into an SV777 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — Credits issued by SV777 under a promotional offer, subject to the specific wagering requirements of that offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any real money stake placed on a casino game or sports event through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount or a deposit-plus-bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Verification" — The identity, age, and payment verification process required by SV777 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency accepted for all financial transactions at SV777.

2 Eligibility

To register and play at SV777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of another party.

SV777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to decline registration or suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Age verification may be conducted as part of the initial registration process or at the point of the first withdrawal request.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account at SV777, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes — but is not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SV777 login credentials (username and password). SV777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact SV777 support immediately via live chat at sv777.world.

SV777 uses the information you provide during registration to verify your identity and comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be asked to submit identity documents (such as a CNIC or passport copy) and payment verification documents before withdrawal requests are processed. These documents are handled in accordance with SV777's Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at SV777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SV777 does not apply currency conversion charges, and the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your real money balance.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount at SV777 is Rs 500.
• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, Visa/Mastercard debit cards.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your SV777 balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 2 hours to reflect depending on your bank.
• SV777 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• SV777 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges on their end.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The maximum per transaction varies by verification tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the SV777 account.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of account verification, which includes confirming your identity and payment details. SV777 aims to complete verification within 24 hours of document submission.
• Once verified, withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers complete within a few hours.
• SV777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being completed first. See Section 5.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

SV777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses issued by SV777 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bets placed above this limit during bonus play are considered a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: SV777 does not permit stacking of multiple bonus offers simultaneously. Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: SV777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has attempted to abuse, exploit, or systematically take unfair advantage of any promotional offer.

6 Casino Games

SV777's casino game library — including slots, Andar Bahar, crash games, and other titles — is provided by independent third-party game developers. The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems embedded in each game by its developer. SV777 does not modify, adjust, or interfere with any game's RNG or payout mechanics.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the long-run average payout across millions of rounds and is not a guarantee of returns in any individual gaming session. Players acknowledge and accept that casino games involve an element of chance and that losses are possible.

Game results displayed on your screen are final once the round is settled. SV777 does not accept claims based on alleged display errors after a round has concluded unless a verifiable technical fault is confirmed by the game developer. Technical faults or disconnections during a game round are handled according to the relevant game developer's fault resolution policy, and SV777 is bound by those outcomes.

SV777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game or game category for maintenance, updates, or compliance reasons without prior notice. Where a game suspension interrupts an active session, SV777 will credit the relevant stake to your balance.

7 Sports Betting Rules

SV777's sports betting section covers cricket, football, and other sports with pre-match and in-play markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to SV777's acceptance and maximum stake limits. SV777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where pricing errors are identified.
• Settled Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where SV777 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event starts and is then abandoned, SV777 follows standard void rules for markets where an official result has not been declared.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds update in real time. SV777 is not responsible for bets placed on stale or delayed odds resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end. Accepted bets at the time of confirmation stand.
• Obvious Errors: If odds or markets are published due to obvious errors (for example, an incorrect favourite/underdog assignment), SV777 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous prices and return stakes.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum sports bet at SV777 is Rs 100 per selection.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at SV777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or RNG anomalies for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Making deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating money laundering through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Conducting any activity that SV777 reasonably determines constitutes fraud, match-fixing, or insider trading in relation to sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing SV777 staff or other players in any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

SV777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account sharing.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits that cannot be linked to fraudulent activity will be returned to the verified payment method on the account after the investigation is completed.

If you wish to close your SV777 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Voluntary account closure does not affect SV777's right to retain records required for legal and compliance purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

SV777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their experience. If you feel that your gaming activity has stopped being entertainment and has become a problem, SV777 strongly encourages you to use the following tools available in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session cut-offs after a duration you choose.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in third-party software (including game providers' platforms).
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during registration or verification.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, regardless of cause.

In all cases, SV777's maximum liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your SV777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

SV777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, SV777 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and by a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

If you continue to use SV777 after the effective date of any changes to these Terms, that continued use constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 9.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
